PostalAddressChange.net is a website that is owned and operated by Flatirons LLC. Moving is one the most stressful part of a person's entire life! Our goal is to help movers make the whole process of moving easier. We do this by breaking down your moving journey into distinct, separate chapters including "Moving Out", Moving In, Transforming Your New House to a Home, and Getting Situated in Your New Community! For each section, we offer tips as well as offers from local vendors and service providers who all are there to help you with your move!
The Moving Genie service is a premium service that includes the
following services listed and described below. Each of these
services will be custom tailored to fit into the appropriate section
of your moving journey!

The PostalAddressChange.net "AddressGenie" service is a premium service (the "ChangeYourAddress Service". AddressGenie uses an honor-based, 'Name Your Own Price' model where the total price you pay will equal the sum of (1) a USPS filing fee of $1.00, (2) an identity verification fee of $4.00, and (3) a voluntary price/donation for the AddressGenie service. You can choose any whole dollar price you deem fair greater than $0. We do not accept $0 for AddressGenie. Our current suggested price for AddressGenie is $35. So, in this example, your total price for the ChangeYourAddress Service would equal $39.95 ($1 + $4 +$35 = $40). In this example, your card would be charged a one-time fee of $39.95 upon registration.
Your PostalAddresscChange service is fully and unconditionally guaranteed
for a period of 30 days after you place your order. Your refund
right is also supported by our rock solid "No Questions Asked"
policy. If you want a refund, you can:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include the words "Refund Request" in your email. You must also include your phone number, and the first and last name of the person who is moving and subscribing to the Service. This may or may not be the same name of the cardholder used to pay for the service, or
2. Call 720.279.8028. Leave a voicemail in accordance with instructions therein. You MUST spell out the first name and last name of the person who moved and for whom you wish a refund. This may or may not be the same name of the cardholder used topay for the service. Please also spell out your email address where we can email the refund details.
We typically process all refund requests within 24 hours after receipt. Refund requests received over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. If you leave an email with your request, we will send email confirmation of all your refund details. Please note that your refund can take up to 3 to 5 business days after we process your request, for the funds to be credited to your account.
WE CANNOT HONOR OR PROCESS ANY REFUND REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS SUBSEQUENT TO THE COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER.
You can cancel any or all of your services at any time by unsubscribing from any email offer and/or replying "Stop" to any text message offer. Unsubscribing from an email offer will automatically remove you from receiving further email offers but will not unsubscribe you from text message offers. Replying "Stop" to any text message offer will automatically terminate the receipt of any future text message orders but will not unsubscribe you from email offers. To terminate location based offers and push notifications, you must adjust the appropriate notification settings from within the ByBuy app in accordance with that apps instructions.
We offer a free change of address service with the USPS upon
successful registration with the our service. Only paying customers
can benefit from this free service (of course)! Just follow the
instructions on the address change related pages. As a further
benefit ' and unlike the USPS address change service ' we will
process as many address changes for as many people as you want,
including people who do not have the same last name, provided that
each person is moving into the same new address. We will also pay
for any and all expenses charged by the USPS, although we definitely
reserve the right to change this provision if the USPS changes the
amounts they charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS FREE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ALL MOVING TO THE SAME NEW ADDRESS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT INCLUDED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, NOR CAN WE EDIT OR ALTER ANY REQUEST SUBSEQUENT TO THE COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER. Subscribers to the ChangeYourAddress service can take advantage of our free Custom Concierge Offer service at any time so long as they remain subscribed to our email service. You may requestoffers from any merchant or for any product or product category by emailing concierge@OnlineaAdressChange.net. You must include the words "€śCustom Offer Request" in the subject line of your email. We will endeavor to find you the most relevant offer possible. WE EXPRESSLY DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY OFFER WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM ANY SPECIFIC MERCHANT OR FOR ANY SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR PRODUCT CATEGORY AT THE TIME OF YOUR REQUEST. We will respond within 24 hours to every request with the best offers we can find that match or relate to your request.
