The full AddressGenie service currently costs $39.95, a one-time fee that includes the processing of your official USPS Address Change, the cost of notifying all your companies and the cost of updating all your contacts too. The cost also includes your lifetime AddressGenie account. You do not need to use all three services. You can choose to notify any combination of USPS, Your Companies and your contacts. The price will be lower accordingly.
When you place your order with AddressGenie, you include all your moving details including name, contact information (email and phone number), along with your moving date, moving type (individual, family or business), moving duration (temporary or permanent) and of course your old and new addresses. All this information then gets input directly into the USPS Address Changing service automatically. We do all the work. You do nothing. You will receive a confirmation email directly from the U.S. Post Office that confirms all your moving details!
Yes! You can process whole family moves with AddressGenie. In fact, only AddressGenie allows our customers to file whole family address changes even if the people moving don’t have the same last name! That’s right! As long as everyone is moving to the same new address, we can process your request as one single order. Even the Post Office can’t offer that amenity. Again, unlike the USPS address change service. we will process as many address changes for as many people as you want, including people who do not have the same last name, provided that each person is moving into the same new address. We will also pay for any and all expenses charged by the USPS, although we reserve the right to change this provision if the USPS changes the amounts they charge.
As you go through AddressGenie website, you are prompted add
your company’s to your order. These can include credit card
companies, banks, insurance companies, utilities, vendors,
loyalty programs, magazines, newspapers, frequent flyer
programs and more. All these companies are organized into a
dozen different categories so you can easily find yours. Just
click on your companies and they get added to your order.
Once you complete your order, we notify each company individually in one of 3 ways. We may integrate directly with them, we may fill out an address changing webform or we may send an email. Each contact includes all your moving details, including your email and phone number. Our goal is to seamlessly effectuate a frictionless address change with all your companies. More often than not, each of your companies gets contacted two or three times by our Customer Service team about your new address. Because most companies know about AddressGenie, no further action is required on your part. Sometimes, your companies may contact you directly as a security check. Even so, you’ll still save a ton of time, because in this case, instead of you having to contact them on a one by one basis, they will contact you just to confirm the details of your move!
As you go through the AddressGenie website, you are prompt you to add your Gmail, iCloud and Facebook contacts.
- We have integrated directly with each of these services via encrypted, SSL webservices.
- In each case, Google, Apple and Facebook will prompt you to login to your accounts and select the contacts you wish to notify. We do not store your login credentials.
- You can add whole folders of contacts like families, friends, etc and you can remove any contacts you don’t wish to notify. Finally,
- you can compose your notification email and even add a picture of your new home to your order.
- Once you complete and pay for your order, your email gets sent to all of your contacts with your new address details! That’s it! Done!
Of course! Your AddressGenie order is fully and
unconditionally guaranteed for a period of 30 days after you
place your order. Your refund right is also supported by our
rock solid "No Questions Asked" policy. If you want a refund,
1. Email to: email@example.com. Please include the words "Refund Request" in your email. You must also include your phone number and the first and last name of the person who is moving and subscribing to the Service. This may or may not be the same name of the cardholder used to pay for the service or
2. Call (720) 279-8028. Leave a voicemail in accordance with instructions therein. You MUST spell out the first name and last name of the person who moved and for whom you wish a refund. This may or may not be the same name of the cardholder used to pay for the service. Please also spell out your email address where we can email the refund details.
We typically process all refund requests within 24 hours after receipt. Refund requests received within 24 hours of placing your order are usually voided so that your charge will never be debited from your account. over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. If you leave an email with your request, we will send email confirmation of all your refund details. Please note that your refund can take up to 3 to 5 business days after we process your request, for the funds to be credited to your account.
WE CANNOT HONOR OR PROCESS ANY REFUND REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS SUBSEQUENT TO THE COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER.
You can cancel any or all of your services at any time by unsubscribing from any email offer and/or replying "Stop" to any text message offer. Unsubscribing from an email offer will automatically remove you from receiving further email offers but will not unsubscribe you from text message offers. Replying "Stop" to any text message offer will automatically terminate the receipt of any future text message orders but will not unsubscribe you from email offers. To terminate location based offers and push notifications, you must adjust the appropriate notification settings from within the ByBuy app in accordance with that apps instructions.

know that many customers don’t have the time to notify all
their companies and contacts during one visit. With an
AddressGenie account, you can login anytime and add more
companies to your company notification list and/or add more
personal contacts too!
You can also review previous order details and review your notification history. As an example, if you signed up to notify a company and then have a conflict with that company over a missed payment, you can confirm that you notified that company about your address change via your AddressGenie account!
