WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ADDRESS CHANGES?

There are 3 types of address change requests, Individual, Family, and Business.
  1. Individual. Choose this option if one person is moving. If you receive mail by more than one name (i.e. maiden name or nickname), complete a separate form for each name.
  2. Family. Choose this option and complete one form if everyone in your family has the same last name. If not all family members are moving, OR if some family members have different last names, choose the Individual option and submit a separate order for each mover.
    Note: Filing a Family Change-of-Address means EVERYONE in the household with the same last name will have their mail forwarded to the address specified.
  3. Business. Choose this option if your business is moving. Individual or Family orders that include a business address as the old address will not be processed. Existing or former employees cannot have their "personal" mail forwarded from a business.
    Note: All mail sent to the business name entered below will be forwarded to the new address you're providing.
  4. Permanent Change of Address. You’ll file a permanent change of address if you do not plan on moving back to your old address
  5. Temporary Change of Address. Choose this option if you plan to move back to your old address in less than six months. If you plan on moving to a new address for less than 6 months, then plan on moving to a different residence that's not the same as your old address, choose "Permanent," and fill out another Change-of-Address request at that time.

  • In each case, you will be prompted to login to your accounts and select the contacts you wish to notify. We NEVER store your login credentials. We do not even host the login pop up. These are hosted by Google® and Microsoft® respectively.
  • You can add whole folders of contacts like families, friends, etc., and you can remove any contacts you do not wish to notify. Finally,
  • You can compose your moving announcement. You can even add a picture of your new home to your moving announcement.
  • Once you complete and pay for your order, your moving announcement gets sent to all of your selected contacts and includes your new address details! That’s it! Poof. You’re Done!

CAN I GET REFUND IF I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE OR LIKE YOUR SERVICE?

We typically process all refund requests within 24 hours after receipt. Refund requests received within 24 hours of placing your order are usually voided so that your charge will never be debited from your account. over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. IMPORTANT: ENTITIES WE CANNOT UPDATE

The Post Office. Sadly, Google and Bing Ads won’t allow us to advertise if we advertise that we update the Post Office for you. So you’ll need to update the Post Office yourself.
